Michaela Gruebler – Entrepreneur Individuel (EI) | Last updated: 30 October 2026

1. Data Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data is Michaela Gruebler, Entrepreneur Individuel (EI), trading as Gutmore, 2 Rue Pauline Kreuscher, 78600 Maisons-Laffitte, France. SIREN: 105445761; SIRET: 10544576100015. Email: michaela@gut-more.com. Telephone: +33 7 44 82 43 11.

2. Scope and Categories of Personal Data

This Policy applies to visitors to Gutmore’s website, prospective clients, coaching clients and Holistic Health Consultancy clients. Depending on the interaction and service, Gutmore may process: (a) name, contact and communication details; (b) proposal, agreement, billing, payment and administrative records; (c) messages and scheduling information; (d) coaching feedback and any separately authorized testimonial; and (e) for Holistic Health Consultancy only, information provided about nutrition, lifestyle, health-related concerns, questionnaires, diaries, assessments and, where relevant, microbiome test results. Gutmore does not routinely collect written health questionnaires or session notes as part of its coaching service.

3. How Information Is Collected

Information may be collected directly when you contact Gutmore, book an introductory call, enter into an agreement, make a payment, complete a questionnaire or provide feedback. Holistic Health Consultancy information may be collected using Google Forms, Daily Diary, TLP-Navigator and, where applicable, a specialized independent laboratory or microbiome analysis provider. Website-related technical information may be processed through the hosting platform and other services actually integrated into the website.

When you use the contact form on the website, the information you enter (name, email address, area of interest and message) is stored in the website’s database and forwarded by email to Gutmore so that your inquiry can be answered.

4. Purposes of Processing

Gutmore processes personal data to respond to inquiries; prepare proposals; conclude and perform agreements; schedule and deliver services; administer payments and accounting; comply with legal obligations; maintain website and information security; and manage client communications. For Holistic Health Consultancy, relevant information is used to assess the information voluntarily supplied, discuss nutrition and lifestyle, and review microbiome analysis results where included in the agreed service. Coaching feedback is used internally to evaluate and improve coaching services. Testimonials are published only when specifically authorized.

5. Legal Bases

Depending on the processing activity, the legal basis under Article 6 GDPR may be taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests (such as proportionate service improvement or security, subject to applicable requirements), or consent. Where the processing involves special-category health data, an additional condition under Article 9 GDPR is required; where Gutmore relies on explicit consent, this will be requested separately before the relevant processing begins. Consent to publication of testimonials is separate from consent for health-data processing.

6. Coaching Services

For coaching, Gutmore sends an ICF-based coaching agreement for signature and processes the personal and contractual information necessary to administer the engagement. Gutmore does not ordinarily keep written notes or records of coaching sessions. At the end of an engagement, clients may be invited to complete a non-anonymous Google Forms feedback questionnaire. Individual feedback is used internally for reflection, evaluation and professional development, and is not published as feedback. Information may nonetheless be processed by Google as the provider of the form service.

7. Coaching Feedback and Testimonials

Clients may optionally provide a testimonial for public use. Providing a testimonial and authorizing its publication are voluntary and distinct from giving confidential coaching feedback. Gutmore publishes only the exact testimonial text approved by the client and uses the name or attribution, if any, expressly chosen and authorized by that client. Permission to publish is requested separately and documented. Publication consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Gutmore. After withdrawal, Gutmore will remove the testimonial from publications under its control, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Removal from third-party copies or caches may not always be possible.

8. Holistic Health Consultancy and Health-Related Data

Holistic Health Consultancy may involve questionnaires, food or lifestyle diaries, information about digestive concerns, and microbiome test results where relevant. Such information can constitute special-category personal data under Article 9 GDPR. Where explicit consent is the applicable condition, Gutmore requests it before collecting or otherwise processing the relevant data. Clients may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing; withdrawal may mean that certain consultancy services cannot continue. Gutmore’s services do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

9. Microbiome Testing

Where a purchased service includes microbiome testing, a specialized independent third-party laboratory or microbiome analysis provider performs the relevant analysis. Data necessary to arrange testing, analyze the sample and deliver the results may be shared with that provider, according to its actual role and the applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements. Gutmore does not identify the laboratory by name in this public Policy. Where applicable law requires additional information about a recipient or controller, Gutmore will provide it through an appropriate notice or on request.

10. Recipients and Service Providers

Personal data may be accessed, where necessary, by the following categories of providers and recipients:

  • website hosting: DigitalOcean (servers located in Frankfurt, Germany), with server management through RunCloud;
  • domain, DNS and email services: GoDaddy;
  • cookie consent management on the website: CookieYes;
  • Google Forms and related Google services;
  • Daily Diary and TLP-Navigator;
  • specialized laboratory services and, for the online activation of microbiome test kits, the payment processor used on the activation page (Stripe);
  • IT and communications, banking, accounting or professional advice;
  • public authorities where legally required.

Access and disclosures are limited to the relevant purpose and actual service arrangements. Gutmore does not sell client personal data.

11. International Data Transfers

Some providers may process or access personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer subject to Chapter V GDPR occurs, Gutmore will rely on an applicable adequacy decision or another valid transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards required. Information on relevant transfer arrangements may be requested using the contact details above.

12. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, subject to applicable legal duties and justified retention periods. Contractual and financial documents may need to be retained for statutory accounting, tax and evidentiary purposes, including periods of up to 10 years where applicable. Health-related consultancy records are retained only for the period justified by the service, legal requirements and documented retention policy. Coaching feedback and consent records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purposes and to demonstrate compliance. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized where feasible.

13. Data Security

Gutmore takes appropriate technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Measures are selected according to the nature and sensitivity of the information and the services used. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

14. Your Rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. To exercise your rights, contact michaela@gut-more.com. Gutmore may need to verify your identity before responding.

15. Complaints

If you believe your data-protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French data-protection authority. You are welcome to contact Gutmore first to seek a resolution.

16. Website Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies, which may be used without consent where permitted by law. It does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. Consent choices are managed through the CookieYes banner, and visitors can change their choice at any time using the CookieYes icon at the bottom left of the page. Should non-essential cookies or similar technologies be introduced in the future, they will not be activated until the visitor has made a valid choice.

Fonts and images are hosted on the website itself. The website does not use Google reCAPTCHA. The “Chat with Michaela” button is a simple link to WhatsApp: no data is transferred to WhatsApp unless you click it, in which case WhatsApp (Meta) processes your data under its own privacy policy. The sample activation page embeds the activation service of the microbiome analysis provider, which uses the payment processor Stripe and sets a fraud-prevention cookie.

Full details of the cookies used, their purpose and duration are provided in our Cookie Policy.

17. Third-Party Websites, Changes and Contact

The website may link to third-party services governed by their own privacy information. Gutmore may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, legal requirements or processing activities; the latest version will be made available on the website. For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact michaela@gut-more.com.
